Now I’ve registered for 365 Online to use SCA what has changed

Strong customer authentication (SCA) means that there is added security when you go to shop online. To use SCA you need to register for 365 Online.

We would like to make you aware of some changes and services now available to you since registering for online banking. Please note: You may wish to take action on some changes.

Changes to your statement

When you register for online banking, you'll automatically receive eStatements only for all eligible accounts. This will stop paper statement being delivered to your address. You can choose to receive paper statements at any time. See Manage statement /eStatement preferences

Paying your credit card bill

No changes will be made to how you currently pay your credit card bill. By registering for 365 Online there are however more options available to you see How to pay credit card account
