Will all my accounts be charged the new single monthly fee?

No. The new single monthly fee for maintaining the account of €6 applies to Personal Current Accounts only. This fee is applied to each Personal Current Account held. (This excludes Second and Third Level Student, Graduate, Golden Years and Basic Bank accounts).
