Before you begin
It's easier and cheaper to make transfers using 365 online on desktop or the 365 mobile app.

Customers can transfer:
- Up to €20,000 to existing payees, and
- Up to €1,000 for new payees. New payee restrictions last for up to 48 hours.
What you will need:
- Your Bank of Ireland ROI IBAN
- Please check out the requirements for each country to see what each bank will need from you, before filling in the form.

If your payment is not catered for by 365 online, you can complete an interpay form here. This payment request will be submitted automatically to your Bank of Ireland Private Banking branch to process.
What you will need:

- You may need full details of the Beneficiary and the Beneficiary’s Bank:
  - Their Bank Name and Address, BIC / Swift Code
  - Their Name and Address, IBAN or Account Number
- Facility to print in order to bring application to a BOI branch for processing.
