Add a Bill or Payee – using a Physical Security Key

Already have the Bank of Ireland app? Follow steps here

To add a bill or payee on 365 online you will need to generate a unique 6 digit code using a Physical Security Key (PSK). Add a the Bill or payee as normal steps are available here then:

• Press the green OK button to turn on your PSK
• Enter the 4-digit PIN you created when you activated your PSK
• Press 2 when SELECT OPT appears on your PSK
• Type the 6-digit code into 365 online as it appears on your PSK
