Can I opt out of this service?

If you want to use your card to shop online, you cannot opt out of this service. You will need to use the Bank of Ireland Mobile app or, if unable to do so, a Physical Security Key (PSK) to authorize transactions. Under Payment Services Regulations we have to ensure SCA is performed for certain online transactions.
