Update registered number for activation codes

Select a channel below to update the number you receive SMS activation codes.

Please note

If you update your registered number online will also update your preferred contact number.

Log into the app then tap the Profile icon at the top of the screen.

Tap 'Personal details'. You will see the last 4 digits of any previously registered mobile number.
Tap 'Mobile number'.
Enter the mobile number you wish to register and re-enter to confirm.
Tap 'Continue'.
Enter 3 digits from your 365 PIN and tap Confirm.
Check the number on screen.
To confirm swipe right on the authentication screen, or tap 'Decline' to be brought back to the screen to amend the number.
A message will appear advising that request was successful.

Log into 365 online then tap the Profile icon at the top of the screen.

click 'Mobile number'. You will see the last 4 digits of any previously registered mobile number.
Enter the mobile number you wish to register and re-enter to confirm. Select 'Continue'.
Confirm the request first with 3 digits from your 365 PIN.
Check number on screen screen – if you need to make a correction simply “Decline” the notification below to amend the number

On your Security device – Smart device

Tap the notification on your security device to open authentication screen – you will not be asked to log into your security device
Swipe to accept. (or tap “Decline”) - The notification will disappear from your device automatically or you can tap ‘Done’
A message will appear on 365 online advising that request was successful.
