- If your 365 PIN has been locked or you've forgotten it, call us on 0818 444 365 (from ROI) or +353 1 484 8017 (everywhere else) to reset your 365 pin through our automated service, please ensure to have your account number to hand.

Why is there a delay before I can use a new phone with the app?
Fraudsters use every means possible to get access to individual customer accounts. This includes the trick of attempting to register a new device (phone or tablet) making it look like a legitimate addition to a customer’s list of devices.
Bank of Ireland uses a number of ways to prevent this from happening. As a result, there is a delay of 4 hours before a new device is cleared and has full access to the customer’s accounts. We know that this may be an inconvenience for some customers, and were sorry about that. Fraudsters on the other hand have exactly zero sympathy from us.
If you have access to another device that's already registered to your profile, you can use that to access your accounts while your new devices being cleared for use. If you do not have another device available and need urgent access to your account please contact us on the numbers given above.
We will never call you to ask you to unblock a device, if you have any concerns about fraud and your accounts please report it as soon as you can:
