Can't cancel a 'SEPA DD'

A SEPA direct debit (SEPA DD), must process fully before the 'Cancel' button is enabled on the Bank of Ireland App or 365 online. It will take one banking day to process fully.

You can also cancel a SEPA direct debit using your Unique Mandate Reference (UMR).
