Bank of Ireland appoints maritime representative in Norway
Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking announces the appointment of Hauk Nordsti to lead its Maritime Industries business in Norway.
He will be based in the Bank’s Norwegian representative office in Bergen and will have responsibility for origination and marketing of the Bank’s expertise in the shipping and offshore market to prospective clients across the Scandinavian markets.
Hauk’s extensive experience in the shipping industry spans 35 years, including roles as senior corporate adviser with Capital Corporate ASA and as representative for NIB Capital Bank NV.

His experience in the shipping and offshore industry will be invaluable to us in originating business opportunities across Scandinavia and will complement the skills of our existing team”.
Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking expects to announce additional appointments to its Maritime Industries business in other key international shipping centres in due course. It already has a well established Maritime Industries team of 11 based in Dublin.
