Bank of Ireland announces appointment of Mark Spain as Director of Group Investor Relations

Bank of Ireland today (Tuesday 1 October 2013) announced the appointment of Mark Spain as Director of Group Investor Relations.  He is currently a Director of IBI Corporate Finance.

Mark brings extensive experience gained over 25 years of financial and accounting practice to his new role as he leads both the Equity and the Debt Investor Relations teams.  He has been a Director at IBI Corporate Finance for over 10 years, where he advised many of Ireland’s leading plcs on M&A and capital markets transactions.

Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.
