When you are abroad ATM limits will apply. This will depend upon the type of ATM (Chipped or Non-Chipped) and the country you are visiting.
Purchases made with retailers using a terminal will not affect your ATM withdrawal limits.

- Daily limits are lower at non chipped ATMs
