The following documentation (original or copy) may be used to verify your PPS number.

• Employment Detail Summary
• End of Year Statement of Liability
• Payslip (your employer must be named on your payslip)
• Drug payment scheme card
• European health insurance card
• Income Tax Assessment
• PAYE Notice of Tax Credits
• Child Benefit Award Letter
• Public Services card
• Any printed documentation issued by the Revenue Commissioners or by the Department of Social Protection which contains your name, address and PPS number.
