Follow steps below if you upgraded to the Bank of Ireland App and are now having issues logging in.

  1. Confirm you are using the correct User ID, text User to 50365 and you will receive an SMS confirming your User ID.
  2. If your PIN is blocked you will be prompted to call us on numbers below;
