Why am I seeing the same transaction twice?

Very rarely, some transactions can appear as ‘In progress’ and ‘Completed’ at the same time. This does not mean that you have been charged twice, and it will not reduce the amount of credit available on your credit card by double the amount. This depends on how the wider payment process outside of the Bank is completed, and how long that may take. It normally rights itself within a few days of the transaction being posted.
