Why is a transaction I made not appearing under the ‘In progress’ section?
Sometimes a transaction that you have completed may not appear in the ‘In progress’ transaction listing. This is outside our control, and depends on how the wider payment process outside of the Bank is completed. However it usually self corrects in a few days, and will then appear in the ‘Completed’ section.
