Yes. These are subject to transfer limits

  1. Log in to your account on the Bank of Ireland App.
  2. Tap 'Payments' on the bottom menu.
  3. Select 'Send money or pay a bill'.
  4. Tap 'Add a payee' and follow the steps to add an international payee.
