Why phone number verification is important?

To keep our customers’ 365 online profiles secure, over the course of 2025 we will be asking each customer to confirm their mobile phone number. This process ensures that only you can access your account, and helps protect it from unauthorised access.

How it works

• You’ll receive a text with a one-time activation code to your registered phone.
• Enter the activation code on-screen when prompted.
• Once confirmed, you will not need to verify your phone number again.
