Why won't the new app work on my phone?
The app is supported by the following operating systems only:
- iPhones and iPads using iOS version 14 and higher
- Android version 8 and higher
Note: From 1 July, our mobile app will support the following operating systems:
- iPhones and iPads using iOS version 15 and higher
- Android phones and tablets using Android version 11 and higher
